All orders are subject to product availability. If there are supply difficulties or items are out of stock, we will refund any amount you may have paid.
The prices on the website include VAT but exclude shipping costs, which are calculated during the purchasing process and, in any case, are known to the customer before the order is finalized. Once the address details are entered and the shipping options are selected, the system displays the total calculation of the shipping costs.
Prices may change at any time, but any possible changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an Order Confirmation, except in cases where the applied prices were due to a typographical error.

Shipping timeframes are calculated in business days from Monday to Friday and may be affected by local or national holidays.
During peak periods such as Christmas, Epiphany, Black Friday, bank holidays, or special promotions, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery due to the high volume of shipments managed by transport agencies.
Under no circumstances will shipments be made to P.O. boxes.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla cannot be processed through the website but can be arranged manually. Please contact b2c@borealoutdoor.com with your order details to complete the process.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country, as well as the volume and weight of the purchased products. Shipping fees are calculated in your shopping cart. When adding a new product to the cart, shipping costs are automatically recalculated.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 calendar days to return it, starting from the date of delivery (as per Articles 102 and 104 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, dated November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws).
For purchases made during Black Friday and Christmas, the return period is extended until January 15.
To return a product, it must be sent back in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging, including guarantees, labels, and instructions for use. A return number must be requested via the return form.
Please note that the cost of the return is borne by the customer.
It is very important to return the products properly packaged. If the products are damaged due to inadequate packaging, we will not accept the return.
Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouse and we confirm that all conditions are met, Borealoutdoor.com will accept the return and proceed with a refund according to the original payment method, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned product at our warehouse. Please note that if you paid by credit card, your bank may not display the refund in your account until the following month.
Borealoutdoor.com does not accept postage-due shipments. If you have any doubts, contact our customer service at b2c@borealoutdoor.com.
If the returned product does not meet the specified conditions, a partial refund may be considered. If the return is ultimately not accepted, the product will be sent back to the customer at no charge.
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the withdrawal is communicated within this period, the product is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging, including guarantees, labels, and instructions for use. This can be done through the usual contact methods published on our website or by filling out the following form.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal are outlined in Article 103 of the TRLGDCU.
Borealoutdoor.com reserves the right to refund the amount of your order if it is not possible to ship or deliver the merchandise as previously mentioned. We will inform you of an alternative solution tailored to your purchase.
Orders may be canceled as long as they have not been shipped or are not in the shipping process. To cancel your order, contact our customer service at b2c@borealoutdoor.com.

Borealoutdoor.com offers customers a 3-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
Defects or damage caused by improper use or handling of the material, as well as normal wear and tear, are not covered under this warranty. Functional limitations due to product design are also excluded from warranty coverage.
Repairs, refunds, or replacements will be carried out within a maximum period of one month.
If, upon receiving your order, you find any defect before using the product, contact our customer service at b2c@borealoutdoor.com. We will request a photo of the defect and arrange a pickup. Once received, we will proceed with an immediate replacement or refund if a replacement is not possible.
If a defect is found after using the product, contact us at b2c@borealoutdoor.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange pickup, inspect the product, and process the warranty as quickly as possible.
